• Format: Program can range from two hours to 2 days.
• Design and preparation: Extensive customization and off-site background Research at no extra charge.
• Duration of “Train-the-Trainer” Program: three to five days on-site, Scheduled at your convenience.
• Follow-up and Support Program: Unlimited phone and mail access to our Senior staff.
• Conducted by: One or more of our ODT Diversity Team Members
• Free Video Tape Option: You may videotape the “Train-the-Trainer” sessions for later in-company use.
• Skill Focused: One Day Programs include a special transfer-of-learning component.
• Your One Time Investment: For a one-day program cost would begin at $11,000 to include all of the above items. (Plus travel and expenses.)
• Per Participant Program Costs: Varies from $40 to $100, depending upon the length of your program and the materials package you select.
• On-Site data gathering and diagnostic services are available if appropriate; investment per consultant day is $2,000 plus travel and expenses.

In addition to the above investment, the two year licensing fee for rights to conduct ODT’s Diversity Awareness Training on an in-house basis is $500.
