Dr. Bob Abramms is an international expert on designing, conducting and
evaluating management training and executive development programs. Bob's
background includes a B.S. in industrial engineering, Master's degrees in
both business administration and counseling, and a doctorate in applied
behavioral science. He has published five books and over fifty articles
on leadership, motivation, human relations training, prejudice, stereotyping,
and cultural differences. He has conducted seminars on "Managing Cultural
Differences" for a wide variety of corporate and association clients. His
current projects include producing a series of four videotapes, two of
which are documentaries about the remarkable life story of Dr. Arno Peters.
Avocationally, he is a Contact Improvisation (CI) dancer, who has worked
with mixed dance companies (and classes) of able-bodied dancers and dancers
with physical disabilities. This work has enhanced and enriched his perspective
as a diversity consultant.
